Terms of service

Last updated October 15, 2026. These terms apply to reports purchased through Plainly Accessible. The service provider is Othmane Kabbaj, a sole proprietor in Montréal, Québec ("we").

La version française de ces conditions est présentée en premier et est disponible ici : Conditions de service. You chose to read the English version.

What you are buying

An automated accessibility assessment of up to 25 publicly accessible pages of one website, tested against the automatable rules of WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA, delivered as a PDF report by email within one business day of payment, plus one re-test within 60 days of delivery.

What the report is not

The report is not legal advice, not a certification of compliance with the AODA or any other law, and not a complete manual audit. Automated testing detects only a portion of accessibility issues. Decisions about your organization's legal obligations and compliance reporting remain yours.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to request testing of the website you submit. We only load public pages, at a modest rate, as an ordinary visitor would.

Refunds

If the report contains material errors or was not delivered as described, we will refund you within 14 days. To request a refund, email reports@plainlyaccessible.ca with your order number and a brief description. If we cannot test your site (for example, it blocks automated browsers), we will tell you and refund you in full.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
